How Do I Cancel my ShipWorks Account?
Submit a cancellation by logging in to your ShipWorks account. We hate to see you go and if there is anything that we can assist with, please feel free to reach out to our awesome customer support team in St. Louis.
Manage your ShipWorks account by logging in at hub.shipworks.com using your ShipWorks account email address and password. Then, go to Account > My ShipWorks Account.
ShipWorks Legacy Customers

How do I know if I am a ShipWorks Legacy Customer?
You are a ShipWorks Legacy Customer if:
You manage individual license keys for each store from which you import orders into ShipWorks.
You are invoiced by store based upon the monthly shipping volume of each store individually.

Click the Change... link located in the User Account Billing Information section.

Click the Looking to cancel your plan? Click here link.
Complete the Cancel your Account form. Then, click the Cancel Account button.
A confirmation window will be displayed for you.
What's Next?
A support ticket will be generated for you and a support representative will reach out to assist you.
As part of the closing process, we will ask you for some feedback. We really do appreciate a candid response and take all customer feedback to heart. Our team is happy to help you to be as successful as possible by helping you to use all of the tools available in ShipWorks. If we can, we'd love to show you around to make sure you're taking advantage of every feature that can improve your shipping process.
After cancelling, your ShipWorks subscription will remain valid until the end of your billing period and you will be able to continue using ShipWorks until that time.
At the end of your billing cycle:
Your ShipWorks account will expire and you will no longer be able to access the ShipWorks software. Please be sure to run any reports you may need prior to the end of your billing cycle.

Your free Stamps.com USPS postage account will be suspended.
Remaining Stamps.com Balance
If you have funds remaining in your Stamps.com account, please reach out directly to Stamps.com to request a refund.

If you have previously cancelled your account, you can reactivate your account by re-selecting or changing your subscription plan and updating your billing details.
Log in to the ShipWorks Hub using your ShipWorks account email address and password.
Select the ShipWorks plan for which you wish to sign up.
If prompted, enter your billing/credit card information.
Your account will now be reactivated and you will be able to access ShipWorks to start shipping.
Your new billing period will start the day you reactivate your account.
Your Stamps.com Account
If you have a Stamps.com account associated with your ShipWorks account, it will have reverted to a standard account when you cancelled your ShipWorks account. Please contact Stamps.com and let them know that you have reactivated your ShipWorks account.

Cancelling a Single Store License
If you are not cancelling your entire ShipWorks account and, instead, need to cancel one or more store license key(s), please state so in the Do you have any additional feedback to help us improve our solution? field.
Optionally, include the store name(s) and/or the license key(s) associated to the store(s) you wish to cancel. While not required this information will assist our representatives with expediting your request.
A confirmation window will be displayed for you.

At the end of your billing cycle:
Your ShipWorks license will expire and you will no longer be able to download or ship orders for that store/marketplace.
You can reactivate a cancelled license key any time by logging into your ShipWorks account.
Log in to the ShipWorks Hub using your ShipWorks account email address and password.
Locate your cancelled license key in the list of stores in the Shipment Volume - Stores section of your account.
Click the View link to the far right of the store information.
Click the Activate button.
The license key will be reactivated and you can now begin downloading and shipping orders in ShipWorks for that store/marketplace.
Your new billing period for that store will start the day you reactivate your license.
