Printing Pick Lists
Pick Lists can go a long way in streamlining your shipping process by making easier to retrieve products from your storeroom or warehouse. Pick Lists can organize the products in the order that works best when pulling products, making easier to pick and pack orders for shipment. This article will guide you through how to print pick lists for the orders you select.
1. Select the orders you wish to include on the printed Pick List.
2. With the order(s) selected, click on the Home tab and then on the Print Pick List button. Alternately, with the order(s) selected you can press CTRL+SHIFT+P on your keyboard.

3. If this is the first time that you are printing a Pick List you will be prompted to select the Pick List template that you would like to use. You can select the template that sorts the products in the order that makes the most sense for your location. You have 4 choices:
By Warehouse Location
By Product Name
By Quantity
By SKU
The template you select becomes the default template and is the template that will automatically print the next time the Print Pick List button is clicked. (Learn how to change the default Pick List template.)
Select the template from the Pick List Template: drop-down menu. Then, click Save.

4. Select the printer to which you would like to print the Pick List. ShipWorks will remember your printer selection and will automatically print to this printer the next time the Print Pick List button is clicked.

Once you select a printer the Pick List will be printed to the printer you selected.
Displayed below are examples of the Pick Lists templates available to you in ShipWorks. Pick List templates are located in the Reports Pick Lists folder in the Template Editor. (To view the Template Editor, click on the Manage tab and then on the Template button.)
For each of the below examples the same 10 orders were selected in ShipWorks when printing the Pick List.
Pick List by Location
The items on the 10 orders are grouped by SKU and sorted by the warehouse location.
Pick List by Name
The items on the Pick List are grouped by SKU and sorted by Name.
Pick List by Quantity
The items on the Pick List are grouped by SKU and sorted by Quantity.
Pick List by SKU

The items on the Pick List are grouped and sorted by SKU.
Now that you have selected the Pick List template you would like to use and to which printer you would like the Pick List to print, ShipWorks will remember these settings and print this template to the selected printer the next time you click the Print Pick List button.
