Give Priority to Default Printing Tasks
ShipWorks v5.13 or later gives you the option to give priority to default printing tasks over other ShipWorks tasks, improving printing performance. This article will guide you through how to enable or disable this setting.
Please note: The Options button was renamed to Settings and the ShipWorks Options screen was named ShipWorks Settings beginningin ShipWorks version 6.3.
To enable or disable this setting you will need to be logged into ShipWorks as a user with administrator rights.
2. Select Advanced from the list of option on the ShipWorks Settings screen.
3. Scroll down and locate the Printing section. Then, check or uncheck the box to the left of the Give priority to default printing tasks option to enable or disable it.
4. Click OK.
Please be aware that enabling this option may affect the order in which ShipWorks items, such as labels, packing slips and invoices print. We suggest that, after enabling this option, you run through your normal label processing routine to test and ensure that everything operates as usual.
