Manage Payment Methods in Your ShipWorks Account
This article will assist you with adding, editing, and managing the payment method(s) associated with your ShipWorks account. For more information on managing your ShipWorks account, please see the Additional Reading section at the end of this article.
Manage your ShipWorks account by logging in at hub.shipworks.com using your ShipWorks account email address and password. Then, go to Account > My ShipWorks Account.
ShipWorks Legacy Customers

How do I know if I am a ShipWorks Legacy Customer?
You are a ShipWorks Legacy Customer if:

You manage individual license keys for each store from which you import orders into ShipWorks.

You are invoiced by store based upon the monthly shipping volume of each store individually.
New ShipWorks customers who are still within the 30-day trial period need to add a payment method to their ShipWorks account prior to the end of the trial period.
PayPal as a Payment Method

Click the Add New Card button in the User Account Billing Information section.

Enter the credit card details. Then, click the Save Changes button.

The following fields are required:(Fields highlighted in yellow in the below screenshot.)

Card Type, Card Number, CVV, Exp. Month, Exp. Year

FIrst Name, Last Name, Address 1, City, State, Zip, Country

Your new payment method will be added. This payment method:

Will be used to charge your monthly ShipWorks subscription.

Will be used to charge additional add-on services such as ShipWorks Insurance.
PayPal as a Payment Method

Click the Edit link located to the right of the payment method.

Update the information. Then, click the Save Changes button.
Adding a New Payment Method?
Enter the information associated with the new credit card. After clicking Save Changes, the new credit card will replace the current payment method on file and will be displayed in the User Account Billing Information section.
Legacy customers who add a new store to ShipWorks have a 30-day trial period in which to configure and test the store. Add a credit card to the license key associated with the trial within 30-days to continue using the store after the trial period expires.

Click the Add a Credit Card link in the X days remaining in trial for 'Your Trial Store' banner at the top of the ShipWorks application.

Log in to your ShipWorks account.

Click the Add button associated with the trial to which you wish to add a credit card.

Enter the credit card information. Then, click Save Changes.
PayPal as a Payment Method

Click the Edit button associated with the store in the User Accounts Billing Information section.

Enter the information for the credit card you wish to associate with the license key. Then, click the Save Changes button.
Use PayPal instead of a credit card as the payment method on your ShipWorks account.
To add PayPal as your payment method:

Click either the Add New Card button (if adding a payment method for the first time) or the Edit button located to the right of your current payment method (if updating an existing payment method).

Select the option to Add/Change Billing Information with PayPal.

Click the PayPal button.

Enter your PayPal login credentials. Then, click Log In.

Review the PayPal payment method terms and conditions. Then, click the Agree & Continue button.
The PayPal payment method will be displayed in the User Account Billing Information section.
