Editing a Product
1. Click on the Products tab to switch to the Product Catalog.
2. Locate the product you would like to edit and click on the product's SKU or Name to open the Edit Product screen.
Edit the fields you wish to modify in the Edit Product screen and then click the Save button to save the changes. All fields can be edited with the exception of the SKU and any Alias SKUs.
Here are a few things to consider when editing products:

If you have, within the last few minutes, updated a product in The Hub you may encounter a popup message when opening the product editor in the ShipWorks software notifying you that it may take a few minutes to sync the updates.

When you update Products in the ShipWorks software it may take a few minutes for the updates to be reflected in The Hub. If you need for the updates to be pushed to The Hub right away please do the following:

Click on the Manage tab and then on the Settings button.

Select Warehouse.

Click the Upload SKUs button located in the SKUs section.

Tip
Product details associated to items in the Product Catalog, by default, do not show up on printed Packing Slips or Invoices. However, your ShipWorks invoice or packing slip template can be modified to use the information associated to products stored in the Product Catalog.
