Add FedEx in The Hub

ACCESS TO THE HUB

This article assumes that you are on a ShipWorks plan that offers access to The Hub. If you are on a legacy plan that does not offer access to The Hub or if you are unsure, please add your carrier accounts directly in the ShipWorks software.

LATEST VERSION OF SHIPWORKS

Open a web browser and go to hub.shipworks.com.
Log in using your ShipWorks account email and password. (This is the same email address and password that you created when setting up your ShipWorks account.)

Click Settings.
Click the Connect a Carrier button.
Click the FedEx button to launch the setup wizard.
Enter/select the following information, then click Next:
- FedEx Account Number
- Labels: Requested Label Format
  What Label Format should I select?
  
  If you are uncertain of what label format you should select here is a little information to help you:
  Standard - Select this option if you will be printing shipping labels to a laser or inkjet printer.
  
  Thermal-EPL - If you have an older thermal printer, such as a Zebra 2844, select this option.
  
  Thermal-ZPL - Select this option if you have a newer thermal label printer. Almost all thermal label printers produced in the last several years support this option.
- Address - The address associated to your FedEx account. (All fields are required.)
Review and accept the FedEx End-User License Agreement. Then, click Connect.

The FedEx account will now be added and will appear in the Carriers section of the Settings screen.

After adding your carrier account in The Hub, please log into the ShipWorks software and verify your carrier settings are configured for your specific shipping workflow.
