Tracking a Shipment in ShipWorks

It is super easy to track a package that you shipped with ShipWorks. This short article will take a look at how to search for an order by last name and then how to very quickly see the shipment details for the shipment related to the order.

In this scenario, let's pretend that we need to track a package for our fictitious customer Jane Doe.

1. Enter the last name Doe into the Search All Orders box. (Of course, you'll enter the last name on the order you are searching for.)

ShipWorks locates any order with the name Doe associated to it. In this case (above) it located a single order.

2. Now, simply select the order you wish to track a package for and click the Home tab and then the Track button.

The tracking information will be displayed for you on the Tracking tab of the Ship Orders screen.

Did You Know?

Did you know that you can track multiple packages at one time? Just select all of the orders that you wish to track and click the Track button.

Then, on the Tracking tab, just select the shipment that you wish to see the tracking summary for and click the Track button.
