Background

Update the contact information on file for your ShipWorks account by following the steps outlined below.

First Things First

Manage your ShipWorks account by logging in at hub.shipworks.com using your ShipWorks account email address and password. Then, go to Account > My ShipWorks Account.

The Process

Change Your Contact Information in The Hub

  1. Enter the new or updated information into the appropriate fields of the Contact Information section. Then, click the Save Changes button.

Your Contact Information has been saved.
