Display: Display the Ship by Date and Deliver by Date Columns

Background

ShipWorks gives you the ability to view the Ship by Date and the Deliver by Date so that you can ensure you meet the demands of your customers and of your marketplace.

First Things First

Also, please ensure that you are logged in to ShipWorks as a user with rights to modify the ShipWorks interface.

Display the Ship by Date and Deliver by Date Columns

Click on the View tab and then on the Grid Columns button.
Scroll down in the Column and Visibility list to locate the Ship by Date and Deliver by Date options. Then, check the box to the left of each (or only the one you wish to display).
Optional: Arrange the columns into the order you would like them to appear in ShipWorks using the Move Up and Move Down buttons.
Click the OK button. The Ship by Date and Deliver by Date columns will now be displayed in the main ShipWorks orders grid.

Things to Know

The Ship by Date and Deliver by Date fields are available in the ShipWorks client and in The Hub for the following marketplaces:
- Amazon
- ChannelAdvisor
- Walmart
Ship by and deliver by dates will be available for orders downloaded after upgrading to ShipWorks version 8.4 or later.
Marketplaces that provide both an earliest and a latest deliver by date, ShipWorks will populate the Deliver by Date field with the latest delivery date.
Orders in ShipWorks can be filtered by the Ship by Date and Deliver by Date fields so that you can prioritize when orders need to be shipped.
The Ship by Date and Deliver by Date fields can be added to templates, such as packing slips and invoices for easy reference.
