Did you know that you can check the ShipWorks System Status any time? The System Status page is our home for real-time information on service alerts. If there are any interruptions in service, a note will be posted here. This page will give you real-time status updates on:

  • The ShipWorks Software

  • The ShipWorks Shipping API

  • Carrier Label APIs

You can even subscribe and receive automated updates via email or by text. Just click on Subscribe to Updates located at the top-right corner of the page.
