Once you have signed up for a ShipWorks Portal account, you have access to create support tickets, monitor the status of your support requests, contribute to our ShipWorks forum and more.
This article will guide you through the process of logging into your ShipWorks Portal account and how to log out.
To log in, open a web browser and navigate to the ShipWorks Support Portal.
Then, click on the Sign in link located at the top-right corner of the page.
Enter your email address and your password. If you would like to remain logged in, check the Stay sign in check-box. Then, click Sign in.
Once you are successfully logged in, you can access your account menu.
