This article will guide you through the process of updating your Amazon store credentials in ShipWorks. Updating your credentials can be useful when permissions need to be reestablished between ShipWorks and your Amazon store.
If you are adding an Amazon store to ShipWorks for the first time, please see ShipWorks' Amazon: Add a Store to ShipWorks article for detailed steps.
Click on the Manage tab and then on the Stores button. Then, select your Amazon store and click the Edit button.
Select Store Connection.
Click the Update Store Credentials button.
Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
Authorize ShipWorks by checking the checkbox on the Authorize ShipWorks screen. Then, click the Confirm button.
ShipWorks will automatically update your Amazon credentials and you will be prompted that your Amazon credentials have been updated successfully.
