Shipworks not importing the "ship-to" address for Customer Orders
Since Friday, (November 4th, 2022) We have been having issues with a lot of amazon orders that are not downloading customer's "ship-to" information. We are having to manually copy the addresses over. It is killing our shipping time as amazon is our biggest store. WE need a fix ASAP. Please advise.
