Show Weight/Shipping Service in Column in Ship Orders

As title states, if we could see the current Weight and Shipping Service in a column in the Ship Orders, it would save a ton of processing time by avoiding having to click on each individual shipment:

-To verify if the auto-rules were applied correctly at a glance

-To see which would need any changes to the shipment.
