Shopify's Fraud Analysis Has Stopped Working

Shipworks has been unable to detect Medium and High Risk orders ever since we were forced to migrate to Shopify's new API.  I have been told that Shopify has stopped providing the fraud analysis data to Shipworks.  Is there any way we as a community can encourage Shopify to start providing such fraud analysis data again?  Thanks.
