CurrencyCodeType

Shipworks is crashing every time I try opening it. The problem is this:

Exception [InvalidOperationException]
   Message = Instance validation error: 'TRY' is not a valid value for CurrencyCodeType.
   HResult = -2146233079

Shipworks cant import a PayPal transaction because the currency is in TRY which is for a Turkish Lira and Shipworks dose not support that currency so it cant download that transaction which causes Shipworks to crash. 

The transaction is even a payment for an order. It was actually someone using my PayPal credit card frequently and made a charge for the equivalent of $2.00 for a Uber type service over there.

I contacted Shipworks and they tried for like a total of 5 minutes to see if they could bypass the transaction but could not so they passed the buck and told me to call PayPal to have them change the currency which of course they could not do. I called Shipworks back and they escalated the ticket and that was a week and a half ago. I have called back several times and each time I was promised someone from the escalation department would call me back but because I am just a small potato they have never called me back or tried to help me solve the problem. So now I have been unable to use shipworks from the 22nd and now it is the 31st with still no response at all from shipworks. I love shipworks and would like to have it fixed but I dont think shipworks really cares because I am just a small business with and not worth their time.

Any ideas on a possible fix or workaround? Or, if not, then any suggestions of  possible alternative to shipworks??
