Admin Control of Scan to Ship Verify

Hi Shipworks,

     We rely heavily on the Scan to Ship Verify option to reduce error rates for shipping.  This function works very well, but one of the issues we have is that the end-user has the ability to go into the settings and disable that verification check box, so they don't have to be bothered to perform that function.  

I would like to administratively control that function for all of my users so they are forced to verify before the shipment commences.
