Retrin Labels sent to gmail addresses
We've noticed that we get complaints from many of our customers who use gmail - they respond to an emailed return label complaining that they only see a "?" and there is no option to "show image" or "download image". We used HTML format to create our Return Label emails. Would this problem be resolved if we used XML format? Does anyone have an easy way to attach a PDF or JPG file, or save the label as a more universally accepted format (like JPG)?
We have figured out workarounds but they involve several steps and it's very time consuming.

You probably want to email the label using the "Standard" template or the "Standard 4x6" template.
From my testing locally (sending from Gmail to Gmail) it seems to work well... but I suspect that results may vary based on your/their email server and setup.
