Scan to Ship Customization

The scan to ship screen only displays the the item thumbnail, name, and quantity, but I'd like to be able to customize what fields are displayed here, such as SKU and UPC. 

I'd also like to be able to customize the size of each line item. Right now, only 6 items can fit on the screen on a 1920x1080 screen, but if I could remove the thumbnail and all the other empty space above and below the name, many more could fit on the screen at the same time.
