Where to find Service Used in the database

I am trying to find the service used associate with each processed shipment in the database. I can see that in the view (ProcessedShipmentsView) there is a number (id?) in the field Service but I can't find any table that would tell me what the number is corresponding to. I know that I can export a report that show service used but I would like to create a custom query that would just pull the shipment I wanted into our system. Thanks.
