Amazon Messaging
Amazon is now demanding that all 3rd party systems that message via Amazon comply with their messaging requirements (message below). Is shipworks planing on releasing Amazon compliant mail templates?
----------------------------------------------------
Dear seller,
We see that you currently send messages to your customers using either Seller Central or an integration with an app or service that sends the messages on your behalf. We wanted to remind you that our updated Communication Guidelines (https://m.media-amazon.com/images/G/01/SellerCentral/CommunicationGuidelines/en_US_Communication_Guidelines.pdf) for Buyer-Seller Messaging will go into effect on November 6, 2020, for all sellers. They include direction on Permitted Message types, appropriate content, and style requirements.
Note: The templates available through the Contact buyer page in Seller Central, third-party applications, or API simplify the process of sending proactive messages. It automates the inclusion of order ID, language of preference translations, and compliance with critical message guidelines.

We have made the additional updates in response to seller and developer feedback. Our communications-related policies will provide the specific details. To view the announcement for sellers, visit the Changes to program policies Help page:
