"Remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request" in Etsy

For two days now when I go to update the Etsy store orders to "Mark as shipped," I get the error message in my title.  Normally ShipWorks would update the orders and move them from my open filter to my complete filter.  The orders are staying in the open filter.

  Hello Peter.  This is an issue I would like to take a deeper look at.  I am going to go ahead and create a ticket for this and reach out to you, via an email, to set up a phone call.

  I was contacted via phone by the support team.  However, the ticket had to be escalated to tier 2 support.  @... let me know if you get a resolution because it is still happening.
