    Hi Jason,

    I'm sorry for the delay in response! We became aware of this defect yesterday and our development team is working hard on a fix. We will be releasing this in an upcoming version of ShipWorks. You can monitor any new features/fixes organized by released versions by going to > Download Software> Release History.
