Address suggestions crash shipworks

We just upgraded today to Shipworks version 7.4.0.13130.  When we go to ship an order, click on the Address suggestions and select an address a box pops up that says "ShipWorks has encountered a problem and must now close." This error is happening for all orders on multiple computers.

We are able to ship orders fine as long as we do not select an address from the address suggestions.

  Post the error log file here, It will tell you what the issue is.
