Crashes and Errors
I am a new user and just updated my Shipworks to version 6.3.* from the version prior to 4/9/19.
I have had nothing but problems.
At first the program crashed and when I tried to restart it said "unknown error."
It seems to be happening when it's trying to validate the user login credentials.
I have reinstalled three times and get the same thing every time.
Windows 10.
