Crashes when putting in notes
About 80% of the time when I go to put a note on an order, when I click save, it hangs, then gives the error "Shipworks must close". So I close it & go back in, and try & put the note in again, sometimes it works, and sometimes it gives the same error. It is completely random - doesn't happen to only certain orders or certain times.

Thank you for reaching out! It looks like Robert K. just reached out via email a few minutes ago to get more information on this crash you are experiencing. He will be able to troubleshoot your issue further for you.
One suggestion he made was to verify that you are running the latest version of Microsoft .NET Framework. You can download the latest version here: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48
You can also enable the .NET Framework through the Control Panel in Windows. In Control Panel, choose Programs and Features, choose Turn Windows features on or off, and then select the .NET Framework check box. You may need to expand it to select all check boxes.
