Labels without carrier or postage

Wondering if anyone knows how to have a label print without postage?  These are for USPS International First Class, and I'm going to manually put IFC stamps on them.  I've tried everything I can think of to get a label to print without postage, but so far all I get is a blank page printing.  Thanks!

  That's a great question! If you're looking to hide postage Andrews comment is correct.

  Unfortunately, if you're asking to print no postage labels that has been discontinued due to changes made by USPS. I've added a few articles below that go into more detail on why that is no longer available.
