Use 1st class mail when over 1 LBS automatically

Currently shipworks allows for actions/filters based on data it has.  Would love for shipworks to shift to 1st class mail after package is weighed if under 1 LBS.

  Using the Best Rate Feature should solve this issue.

  If you do not want to utlize best rate, we have solved this issue by establishing "Shipping Settings" filters where order>items that weigh less than .8 lbs in total (Total Weight) are assigned first class mail. This allows up to .2 lbs buffer for Box/Void Fill weight.
