Unfortunately, technology sometimes stops working unexpectedly. Usually at the exact worst time! When it is your shipping labels that stop printing from the technological breakdown, getting back up and running as quickly as possible is beyond top priority.
To assist you, we’ve created an article with four easy things to check when your printer stops printing. In most cases, checking these four things will have you back up and running.
- Print a Windows Test page to make sure there isn’t an issue in Windows with your printer.
- Verify the correct printer is selected in ShipWorks. Sometimes, settings get changed accidentally.
- Verify that the correct printer type (ZPL, EPL, Standard) is selected in ShipWorks. Again, sometimes settings get changed accidentally.
- Double check the printing rules are correct in ShipWorks.
