CloudFlare rule adjustments to allow order sync?

I recently adjusted our CloudFlare security settings to stop automated fraud orders from being placed. I am not getting a 403 Forbidden error when trying to sync orders in ShipWorks. 

What exceptions need to be created in CloudFlare to not block ShipWorks requests?
