Scan-To-Ship Create New Shipment

We ship multiple packages at different times for the same order. When an order has at least one shipment, scanning the order will bring you to a screen with the tracking number. I would like the option to automatically create a new shipment instead of showing the tracking number.

Alternative, there could be the option to add an Action that runs after the order is loaded into Scan-To-Ship. Then a Task for creating a new shipment for the current order.
