Issue with Template Variable

I currently use the $TotalCharges variable to populate a shipping label doc tab. It looks like when we have a package that has a Large Surplus charge, it includes it into the order, but when it exports the $TotalCharges variable, it doesn't include the surplus charge which is causing a discrepancy.

We've used the template for years without issue, but it looks like the newest version of Shipworks may have changed it. Is there another variable we should be using that includes the surplus charges?
