Brokerage billed to a third party account

We have been having a problem since we started using the software. The problem is that we need to be able to brokerage fees to a third party account for international shipping. Sometimes it is one that belongs to us. Sometimes it is the customer’s depending on the situation. 

When we were first onboarded onto Shipworks, the problem was that you were still using the old Fedex API. Since then you have come out with upgrades that moved you to the new Fedex API. According to Fedex’s techs, you should be able to make this happen. This is the only thing that is keeping us from fully utilizing your software and would really like to this resolved.  Please consider implementing this feature. Thank you.
