It being almost one month are looking for the solution for the overstock integration have contacted ShipWorks and Overstocks many time.Shipworks guys asked us to contact Overstock so we did contact them.
At the time of integration with overstock when used overstock credentials. It is giving credential error. We have contacted OS for this .They asked us to provide IP address for whitelist ip.We have given and they have added ip but problem is still there.
Now William K is working on my ticket (#2943191-) .
From overtock team we are in contact with 'BrittanyKupfer'<email@example.com>.
We have receiving lots emails of management to switch software in case not receiving support.
Will please guys to do communicate each other(overstock and Shipworks) to get resolve issue..
