Printing from multiple stations

Hi, 

We are using shipworks at 3 different stations and we are having a problem where the labels and invoices will print sporadically to different computers (not always from the computer you process the order from).  Each computer is set up as it's own user.  The problem seems to be that UPS always prints to the Thermal template, and there is only one printer set up to run when you process a UPS shipment.  I do not see a way to set up a different label printer for each person for the Thermal template.
