Constantly Crashing with 3 PC's connected to one database (Version 9.6.2.14197)

Just looking for any input or tips on how to keep shipworks from running into errors and closing out, this happens on all 3 of our PC's. I do not believe it is a database issue, but we are updated to most recent firmware and we still constantly getting crashes, we have been with shipworks for about 6 years, and it keeps getting worse. Any tips or input would be greatly appreciated.
