    Any time I use Alt+Tab to switch windows rather than clicking with the mouse ShipWorks stops letting me use keyboard shortcuts until I close and reopen the program. Has anyone else experienced this...

    Thanks, Emily. That gets me closer but that includes/repeats every highlighted order's notes on every line of the report rather than just the one(s) associated with each individual order.
