Add Funds to One Balance
One Balance gives you one payment method that buys labels from multiple carriers. Instead of going through several separate accounts, use a single One Balance account.
This article will guide you through adding money to your One Balance account and with configuring automatic funding of your account balance.
This article also assumes that you have a USPS from Stamps.com account added in ShipWorks.
2. Select One Balance from the list of available carriers.
3. Click on the Add Money button.
4. Enter the amount you would like to purchase and have added to One Balance. Then click Add.
Note: It may take a few moments for the new balance to be reflected.
Tip
The minimum purchase amount is $10.00.
It is also possible to automatically fund your One Balance account once it drops below a certain threshold so that you do not have to worry about manually funding your account.
For example: You could configure One Balance to automatically add $200 to your balance any time the balance drops below $25.
Here's how:
2. Select One Balance from the list of available carriers.
3. Check the box for Use automatic funding located in the Fund Automatically section.
4. Enter an amount into the When a balance drops below box. When your One Balance drops below this dollar amount an automatic purchase will be made to fund your account.
5. Enter an amount into the Automatically fund by this amount box. This is the dollar amount to which your account will be automatically funded.
6. Click Save then click the Close button.
