You may have noticed the status indicator at the top of the Settings screen when adding your warehouse(s) (Step 1) and connecting your shipping carrier account(s) (Step 2). Now that you have completed those steps, you are able to download the ShipWorks software.
Click on step 3 Download ShipWorks to begin downloading the ShipWorks installer.
Download Whenever You Need To
Did you know that you can download the software any time you need to, like when installing ShipWorks onto a new PC?
In The Hub, go to Settings and click on the Download ShipWorks button in the Desktop Applications section.
Follow the process for the web browser you are using to launch the downloaded ShipWorks installer.
The ShipWorks Installer wizard will launch and will perform a quick system check to be sure that the computer on which you are installing ShipWorks meets the system requirements. The check happens pretty quickly and will automatically takes you to the EULA (End User License Agreement) screen when completed.

Review the license agreement. Then, click the I Accept button.
Verify the install path is correct. This is the location on your computer at which the ShipWorks software will be installed. Then, click Next.
The default location is C:\Program Files\ShipWorks. However, you can change the location by typing the path into the Install Path: field or by clicking the Browse button and selecting a path.
Enter your ShipWorks Username and Password into the appropriate fields on the Login screen. Then, click the Sign In button to connect to your ShipWorks account.
Hint: The username and password are the email address and password you used to create your ShipWorks account during the sign-up process.
Don't have an account or forgot your password?
If you have not yet signed up for a ShipWorks account or if you have forgotten your password, please click on the appropriate link on the Login screen.
Select your desired warehouse for this installation from the drop-down menu on the Location Configuration screen. Then, click Next.
The warehouse locations listed in the drop-down menu are the warehouses that you created in The Hub earlier in the setup process.
Selection cannot be undone.
It is important to be sure that you are selecting the correct warehouse location for this installation of the ShipWorks software. Once the software installation is completed, this selection cannot be changed.
The ShipWorks software will now be installed and linked to a database. When the installation completes you will be presented with the Use ShipWorks screen.
ShipWorks is now installed successfully. Click the Launch ShipWorks button to open the ShipWorks software.
Enter your Password into the Log On to ShipWorks screen. Then, click Log On to sign in to the ShipWorks software.
If you would like to be automatically logged into ShipWorks the next time you launch the software, check the Log me in automatically on this computer checkbox.
Now that you have the ShipWorks software installed, let's take just a few minutes to add your online stores and sales channels to ShipWorks.
