What happened to Phone Support? It's ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
Shipworks has always had the best phone support. But today I call in to have a simple question answered. The first person didn't even listen to what I explaining; their response had nothing to do with what I was talking about. And the next 2 tries resulted in talking to 2 different people that obviously don't even have a clue as to what Shipworks even does.
Absolutely horrible.
So my question is, how do we now go about getting support that doesn't get picked up by the same group that does phone support? Start a ticket?
