    Hello!

Thanks for your patience while our developers worked on a solution to the Walmart download issue that you experienced earlier this week. A fix is now available in version 8.5.2 - download HERE

We recommend taking a backup on the database server before upgrading your ShipWorks version.

Manage > Backup > choose the file path for saving the backup.

(Best practice is to save backups on external storage such as a flash drive, or on a drive that syncs with the cloud, such as OneDrive, DropBox, or Google Drive.)

Please note that all workstations will need to be upgraded to 8.5.2, starting with the server, in order to permanently resolve the issue.

    Thanks!

I am experiencing the same issue, with a different line number.

ShipWorks encountered an error communicating with Walmart: There is an error in XML document(1,31336).

Did you get a resolution to this?
