Are any built-in features or 3rd-party integration possibilities to make Order Information and Shipping Information details available to customers on our website? We'd love to offer our customers an "Order Status" link on our website that would pull details from ShipWorks.

Even better, if such information were available to customers on our website, it would be great if customers could then initiate a return from the same page.

I know ReadyShipper offers this feature so I wanted to check if there was any way we could make this work with ShipWorks. Thanks!

  Thank you for addressing your request with the ShipWorks Forum.

  Being able to provide a current Order Status, for your customers to initiate, is a great idea.

  I have opened a ticket for us to further communicate, and create an action plan, moving forward.
