Feedback Left (Ebay) stopped downloading

For my Ebay store, since last Wednesday 5/8 Shipworks is not downloading column "Feedback Left (Ebay)" for me, is this a bug with shipworks?

  Thank you for letting us know about this download issue!

  Fortunately, we currently are not experiencing any bugs from eBay. Allow me to create a ticket for us interact with, get to the bottom of our download behavior, and configure our solution from there.
