Help with 643 error
I’m getting “shipworks was unable to prepare your computer, reason code: 643” during installation when running Configure From Scratch. Supposedly related to .net problem. Was told by support to reinstall .net.
I have a Mac running Windows 10 under Parallels. No other problems though I only set it up a couple weeks ago. But no problems with shipstation or stamps.com.
Support sent me a link with instructions for fixing .net, which basically comes down to uninstalling and reinstalling. But you can’t actually uninstall .net, at least on Windows 10. All you can do is turn it off under Programs & Features, which I did, restarted, turned it back on (3.5 and 4.8), including the CWS (?) modules, and restarted again. Same error.
Any suggestions?
