    Thank you for posting to our Forums Jason. 

    Your mind is definitely in the right spot with addressing the actions in the queue. While that can serve as a fix the some of the time, in most cases we want to review the actions and only delete the "unnecessary" ones that are causing the metaphoric traffic jam.

    Before deleting all the I actions, I recommend first running a script to find the Name of the actions that are in the queue. Once you have the names, you can review the list and see what actions you would like to delete.  Adding "DISTINCT" to your SELECT query will help make your results more manageable.  

    Would you like for us to open a support ticket and reach out and review the queue in more depth with you?  We would love to review everything to see what we can do to prevent this from happening again.

    Ok thanks followed your advice.  I deleted the first entry then his computer printed out a ton of labels.

    In case shipworks dev is looking at this.  The stuck one was something like "Store Update", which was causing nothing else to process for this user.
