ActionQueue
Need a quick resolution to get a user working again. After the auto update a few weeks ago this user has 333 entries in the ActionQueue table, is it safe for me just to delete these to get him back working? Basically when he processes an order it does not print or upload tracking to the store, and he has to reprint the label and we are manually copying tracking.

Your mind is definitely in the right spot with addressing the actions in the queue. While that can serve as a fix the some of the time, in most cases we want to review the actions and only delete the "unnecessary" ones that are causing the metaphoric traffic jam.
Before deleting all the I actions, I recommend first running a script to find the Name of the actions that are in the queue. Once you have the names, you can review the list and see what actions you would like to delete. Adding "DISTINCT" to your SELECT query will help make your results more manageable.
