Cannot Open ShipWorks

I cannot open ShipWorks.  I entered a support ticket over 3 hours ago and no response.  I called and left a message - no answer, no called back. 

Hopefully reading this can help.  This issue is that when I open ShipWorks I get a message that the database is being updated by another user.  And I will be able to log in soon.
