Supporting SQL Server Standard Engine Versions

We host our SQL Server on AWS and last night, they updated the engine version automatically. 

OLD: 13.00.6419.1.v1

New: 15.00.4470.1.v1

We found that the new parameter group calls for a CLR Strict Security=1 which can't be modified. This may be preventing us from connecting. We were able to restore a backup and establish a new instance. However, AWS may force the update again and so we are on limited time.

  Hi Zhou

  I would recommend you should run your own SQL server hosted on a windows server (or virtual machine) instead of the online hosted SQL edition.
