Thanks. I am specifically looking at standalone carts for my webstore, not SaaS platforms like Amazon, eBay, etc. I'm hoping some other sellers will share what's worked well for them.

Problem must have been server side. It corrected itself about 10:30pm.FWIW, logs are at:C:\ProgramData\Interapptive\ShipWorks\Instances\{GUID}\Log
